The Eagles have landed

...with a resounding thud. I was right about them choking when it mattered, just wrong about when. Is anyone really excited about the Panthers and Patriots in Stupor Bore XXXVIII? It will probably be a better matchup than looks on paper, but I'd rather have seen Donovan McNabb getting sacked, battered ribs and all, than Jake Delhomme flinging the interceptions to Ty Law.

I'd stay off the streets tonight in the City of Brotherly Love.
