Amazing turnarounds
We're about midway through the season with the completion of Week 8, and I thought it would be interesting to compare where we are now to where we were a year ago.
If anything explains Ben's current run of success, it has to be his amazing turnaround from last year. At the conclusion of Week 8 in 2007, The "Chaos Kid" was a woeful 56-60, 17 games out of the lead. This year, Ben is 78-38, a 22-game swing to the good! He's seven games up on me, and nine up on the Junior Bro.
Sean, who was leading at this point last season at 73-43, is currently at 69-47, a 4-game decline. As for me, I'm curiously exactly where I was at this point last year, a respectable if not sensational 71-45. Still a long way to go, but interesting to note the trends.
